A step towards the mega project.

In the Education sector, there is numerous department which needs to be established for the betterment of the student.

I think career counselling is a department which is crucial for the student but here I am talking about specifically at the matric and intermediate level.

Due to the lack of awareness, we think it's just a part after graduation or its a separate thing. But most of the students in Pakistan distract from their goals because we have such a compact Educational system so that majority of students find no time to invest in and got admission in right university with their interesting subject.

I think it's a process and it should be a part of their learning. As career counselling help to pick the right career, provide expert resources, change an unwanted behaviour pattern, remove career-related frustration and provides A role model. For example, at School level, one lecture per week should be arranged for the student to know their interest or aptitude. In colleges, it should be mandatory as these lectures will be comprised of a questionnaire, video lectures, some basic tests and most importantly how many institutes are there which are offering their desire degree. I think it will help a lot for a student to chase their passion or goal rather compromising on what they choose for the lack of knowledge.

We all talk about direction. Mind-mapping at school and intermediate level are crucial if we want something productive from our youth. So by this student will be able to know most of the professions and track themselves according to it.

So I want to work with schools and administration of college to give them an awareness of the career counselling department.
