really amazing to see how AMAL is using word “totky” so we ll feel it's not that boring advises everyone talks about so at first glance I just excited what AMAL today are!!.AMAL assigned me to write a flection on what I have learned from this five totka.

So we can achieve growth mindset by applying different techniques and skills.

Self-talk:

Before getting hands-on these five tips I didn't know about how self-talk is important for the growth mind how positive self-talk is important.

Sometimes I just get rid of thing saying myself that I cant do it so same goes with the result I couldn't do those things because my mind picked that negative command and worked according to it.

Get out of your comfort zone:

Pushing yourself out of your comfort zone. So sometimes accidentally I put my self in difficult situations but not willingly so next time I will apply this in a new perspective.

Create new habits:

This is what I am not interested in but now I will create these kinds of habits which improve my mindset and skills.

Ask people help:

Yeah, his is most difficult for me. I saw people having tricks to take their benefits from me but I couldn't make myself likewise. o what I start implementing is asking right people for help.

Fake it till you make it:

That’s my favourite totka and I was not familiar with this but onward I will add it into my personality.
